If your application is successful The Secret Shopper Mystery Shopping Services will assign experienced Customer Service Evaluators to contact your business by email, phone, and if you have a retail outlet, by posing as a prospective customer.

What we will be looking for, quite simply, is great customer service, product knowledge, and a winning attitude, it’s that simple.

Because of the effect on businesses of COVID-19 over the last year or two, we are offering this program free of charge to selected businesses in 2021.

 

If your application is successful and your business meets our criteria, we will pay any costs related to our award.

 

  • This includes any Secret Shopper visits, AND the cost to design and produce the award if your business is successful

  • There is NO cost, whatsoever, to any business for consideration, or otherwise, for this award

  • Inclusion for this award is 100% at the disgression of The Secret Shopper Mystery Shopping Services, our decision is final
